Waistband can easily be scrunched for a ruched look or smoothed for a banded look, and also used to adjust skirt length and waist height. What we love most about this skirt: it is great for travel. Easy to keep ID & credit card handy in waist pocket while going through an airport. Over-the-knee length looks good with compression socks. Flowy fabric still drapes nicely after a long flight.
