An exceptional pick of the finest Erbaluce grapes produces a dry white wine that dons a luminous, deep straw-yellow color. The grapes, picked in early October, undergo soft pressing before fermentation in temperature-regulated stainless steel containers. The wine is then aged in bottles prior to its market release.
