It's made with a 7/16" durable 316L surgical grade stainless steel curved barbell and features a 5mm top ball end that's set with a blue gem. The bottom is a large blue gem ball end and dangling from that is a wire-wrapped icicle created with crystals. They're faceted to catch the light and give maximum visual impact.
